Faywood Hot Springs changed our cabin rental policy. The rental of the standard cabins (Apache, Cholla, Consuelo, Dragonfly, Mesquite and Mimbres) will be limited to a two-night minimum up until a release date the day before the applicable time. This 2-night minimum is not required during the summer period of June 20 - September 21.
The Guest House always requires a 2-night minimum.
The Casita and Adobe may rent for 1-night minimum except when specified during peak periods.
Faywood offers a 10% discount on services for Senior 65 Plus and Veterans. Discounts must be requested at the time of the reservation as they can not be added after-the-fact.
If you book on online, your reservation will be reviewed to see if this timing is met before it is approved by the front desk staff. Remember, a pending reservation is not final until it moves to approved, which is done by the front desk staff.
If you book by phone or in person, the front desk staff will review these requirements with you. You may contact the front desk staff on the release date for each period to see if any one-night vacancies exist.
Check in for cabins starts at 4:00PM (allows housekeeping time to turn around the cabins), however guests may arrive as early as 12:00 PM, check in at the Front Desk and enjoy the resort until their cabin keys are available at 4:00 PM.
On the first day of your stay, all guest must check-in before 8:00PM when the front desk closes. Seasoned guests may arrange late check-in with the Front Desk staff IN ADVANCE of their check-in day. 1st timer guests are not allowed late check-in so that a resort orientation can be provided.

7/4/2024: ATTENTION FAYWOOD GUESTS
NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2024
FEE PAYMENT/CANCELLATIONS: All guests must pay, in advance, for their planned stay or private pool use. All reservations must be processed with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express credit card or gift card.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
· All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in time to not incur a charge.
· Your credit card will be charged at 50% of the reservation rate if you cancel 47-24 hours prior to check-in.
· If you cancel within 24 hours or are a “no-show” you are subject to the full reserved rate.
· A $10.00 credit card processing fee will also be assessed with any cancellation for credit card transactions.
01/25/24: Dear Monthly RV Rental Guests, effective February 1, 2024, the rates for our monthly 30 Amp RV rental sites will increase to $850.00 per month and $965.00 for the 50 Amp sites (electric is included).
Guests that are using the private pools for more than one hour will be required to cover the costs as listed above for each hour.
If a person is only using the public pools then it is one punch per person or the applicable day use fee of $18.25 and they may stay as long as they desire during our business hours.
Guests that are using the private pools are not authorized to switch to the public pools after their soak without first visiting the Front Desk and paying the additional fee.

Visitor Center Closures: "Christmas Day and Easter Sunday" Faywood Hot Springs will be closed for check-ins and all visitor services. Please plan accordingly, you may check-in on the Eve of these days. Thank you and Happy Holidays - Faywood Management-
Discounts: Faywood Hot Springs offers a 10% discount for Senior Citizen guests (65 or older) active-duty military or veteran guests and their families. Please show appropriate ID to Front Desk staff at check-in. If check-in has been completed, the discount may not be added in arrears. This discount does not apply to items for sale in the Faywood store or Gift Shop.

General Information
Peacocks are loose on the property. We hope that viewing their beauty and grace adds another level of relaxation and pleasure during your stay. PLEASE, it is EXTREMELY important that guests not feed or approach the peacocks and that guest's pets are leashed at ALL TIMES. Guests with pets found unleashed on the property will be asked to leave with no refund. Guests whose pets are found to have caused injury or damage to the peacocks will be responsible for the replacement value of the fowl.
Apache and Mimbres Cabins Only!!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, there are no pets allowed on the beds of pet friendly cabins. Pet beds are provided for pets in the pet cabins if there is any trace of pets found in the bedding there will be charge starting a minimum $50.
