Faywood Hot Springs offers reservations for stays in Cabins, RV's tent campers and for private pools. Our gate is locked during non-business hours. You will provided the padlock combination upon check-in. All guests are required to have a CONFIRMED reservation before arrival. Please note that your reservation may be in a "pending" mode until verified by the Front Desk Staff.
We will no longer accept day use guests. Day use is defined as those guests that just show up and want to soak in a public pool for an undetermined amount of the day. You can spend the day with us, but you must have a reservation for a pool before you arrive.
Faywood offers a 10% discount on services for Senior 65+ and Veterans. Discounts must be requested at the time of the reservation as they cannot be added after-the-fact.
FEE PAYMENT: All guests are required to have a CONFIRMED pre-paid reservation before arrival due to a new policy effective August 1, 2024. All reservations must be paid, in advance with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express) or a gift card. Please note that your reservation will be in a "pending" mode until verified by the Front Desk Staff. You are not confirmed until your reservation changes from pending to confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
48 HOURS or MORE: All cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time on your reservation will receive a full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee for credit cards. The balance of funds will be returned to you by the means you originally used (i.e. Credit Card or gift card).
47 – 24 HOURS PRIOR: If you email, call or come in to cancel 47-24 hours prior to check-in, your refund will be for 50% of the total reservation rate less a $10.00 processing fee if credit card was used. The balance of funds will be returned to you by the means you originally used (i.e. Credit Card or gift card).
24 HOUR BEFORE OR A NO SHOW: If you cancel within 24 hours or are a “No Show”, you are subject to the full reservation rate and no refund will be given. No cancellation is permitted on same-day lodging and private pool reservations. If you need to leave early for an emergency, we offer compensation for the duration of the remaining reservation time. Please coordinate with the Front Desk before your departure.
OCCUPANCY RATE: Our cabins are primarily geared for two people; however the standard cabin does have a loft with a futon mattress that may be used for one additional adult or up to two children.
ATTENTION GUESTS MAKING MULTIPLE SITE RESERVATIONS: When making on-line reservations for multiple sites (Camp, RV or Cabins) in the same reservation document, the system MAY NOT reflect the accurate prices for extra people or pets. Please ensure that you list in the notes how many people will be in each site (adults and children (under 12 YO) and how many pets). Once the Front Desk staff receives your pending reservation, they will verify that all charges have been captured correctly and confirm your reservation. Please ensure that you review your CONFIRMED reservation that will come to you in an email to make sure all your needs were correctly posted. Please ensure that you enter a valid email address. Reservations are not final until you receive a return email showing the reservation has moved from Pending to Confirmed. Thanks for your understanding.
2-DAY MINIMUM DURING PEAK TIMES. Faywood Hot Springs policy for cabin rentals varies based on the type of cabin you are requesting. This change was done to accommodate the guests that prefer to spend an extended period with us during holidays and peak time but were unable to because of the frequency of 1-nighters.
-The six standard cabins (Apache, Cholla, Consuelo Dragonfly, Mimbres, Mesquite) will be a two-night minimum except during the summer period of June 20 - September 21.
-The Adobe cabin and the Casita are normally available for rent for one-night at a time, however may be limited to 2-night during peak periods.
-The 2-bedroom Guest House has a 2-night minimum at all times. The guest house is priced for the first two people but can accommodate up to five people. Additional fees are charged for additional people (adult or child). These fees cover the use of the site, the resort and the pools.
If you book on online, your reservation will be reviewed to see if this timing is met before it is approved by the front desk staff. Remember, a pending reservation is not final until it moves to approved, which is done by the front desk staff.
If you book by phone or in person, the front desk staff will review these requirements with you. You may contact the front desk staff on the day prior for each period to see if any one-night vacancies exist.
CABIN/OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICIES CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time for Camping and RV overnight guests is 12:00 PM. Check-in time for Cabin overnight guests is 4:00 PM however, you may arrive any time after 12:00 PM register, and use the pools until your cabin key is provided at 4:00 PM. Early access to cabins may not be allowed. Check-out is at 11:00 AM the following morning. Overnight guests may stay until 8:00 PM the following evening by vacating their accommodations, moving their vehicle to the Visitor Center parking lot and paying the day rate for all in their party. Anyone who stays in the cabins past 11:00 AM may be charged a day use fee. For early arrivals to or late departures from Faywood property, special gate arrangements may be made upon request at the time of reservation, at the time of check-in or before 8:00 PM.
